I’m from Sato Foods Corporation.
Today, I’ll introduce our main product.
The main product is a seasoning, the ‘Salmon extract’.
It’s the powder made from the head of the salmon from Hokkaido.
There isn’t any other seasoning included
and the salmon dextrin and an antioxidant are all that’s inside.
It consists of very simple ingredients.
This is recommended to the dishes
that need the salmon flavor such as salmon flakes,
and if it’s added into salted pollack roe,
the flavor gets even better.
Besides this, we recommend the low salt products
and those regarding salmon, salted pollack roe and other seafoods.
